Once we have gathered details and personalization information to put on soap bar wrapping, we will email over your invoice. We try very hard to make sure there are no surprises during this process! 

Most custom soap orders are made-to-order. This means that we typically do not have finished product on hand that is ready to be wrapped and shipped. Please allow up to 4-5 weeks for your custom order.
